From time to time I will do a Pre-Buy on items. This means that I have worked out getting those products
from a supplier and will purchase the merchandise after payments have been made to me. I then will
forward payment to the supplier and get the products in route to me for packaging and shipping off to
you. Due to the fact that there can be problems with items not being in stock when I do make payment,
maybe because someone did not get payment in to me on time or because the supplier was not able to hold
the items that we are ordering and will be ordering more, I may have to wait for the product to get to
me. And there are many other problems that I have ran into over the years, but I get them as quick as I
can and I keep you informed.
Please remember that you are paying up front before I order and this will take time to get to you and
that I will keep you updated through the TLC News list and my soapmaking list 1TLCSoaps learning list on
Yahoo Groups. You must be a member of one of those lists and you must make sure to check for any updates.
There are links listed below for joining either of these lists. The News List is the one that I will post
to only. There are no communications with other members on the News List and if that is easier for your
mailbox, that will be the list you will want to join.

Orders will NOT be processed for payment until I know that I have enough to
place the orders for the items and meet the minimums that are required for
some items. If an item does not get enough orders, that items will be eliminated
and will be removed from any orders and you will be notified.
